Meet The Mungers: Mitch, Caitlyn, Kennadi and Troy (and our fur pups Bentley & Bane)
Mitch and I are high school sweethearts! We started dating 13 years ago (quite literally grew up together) and have been married for 5 1/2 years.
We live in Southern CA and Mitch is a firefighter. We support and are very grateful for all first responder families and those who serve.
I work part time as a Marriage & Family Therapist and do crisis work with first responders / departments. Content creation just sort of happened after I started posting pictures of Kennadi in 2021 and I absolutely love it. Super excited to keep growing as a creator!
I have a blog, keepingupwithcait, and love writing! I have taken a break since giving birth to Troy but have a lot to share on there soon!
As you can probably tell, I have a love for matching my minis + band tees (RHCP is my favorite band of all time.)

We discovered how much Kennadi absolutely loves the snow and we were very surprised she did not care about the cold one bit! But this Mama is very happy it doesn’t snow at home and would rather just visit by choice.. true Southern CA girl right here 😬😅🫶🏼
